Aamna Foundation is a non-government organization dedicated to fostering positive change across various sectors in Karnataka and beyond. Founded on February 17, 2018, the foundation focuses on a wide array of areas including Skill development, Education, Vocational training, Animal husbandry, art and culture, child welfare, elderly care, environmental conservation, food processing, healthcare, legal aid, rural development, water resource management and women's empowerment. Through its comprehensive and integrated approach, Aamna Foundation strives to create sustainable growth and enhance the quality of life for communities in rural India.

Founder President

Mohammad Mustafa, the visionary behind Aamna Foundation, is a seasoned businessman with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E E&C). Driven by a deep sense of philanthropy, Mustafa has dedicated his life to making a positive impact on society. His entrepreneurial skills, combined with his compassionate heart, have been instrumental in steering Aamna Foundation towards achieving its mission of community upliftment and sustainable development.

Treasurer:

Kausara Banu, the Treasurer of Aamna Foundation, is a dedicated businesswoman with a Master's degree in Social Work. Her expertise in both business and social work has been invaluable in managing the foundation’s resources and ensuring financial transparency. Kausara’s commitment to social welfare and her strategic acumen play a crucial role in the effective implementation of the foundation’s initiatives.

The Ignite Programme at Aamna Foundation sparks innovation and entrepreneurial spirit among young individuals. Through mentorship, workshops, and seed funding, we empower aspiring entrepreneurs to develop their ideas into sustainable ventures. By focusing on creativity, leadership, and business acumen, we aim to catalyze economic growth and job creation in our communities.

  • For this we will focus on increasing impact and sustainability in shelter homes, communities and schools
  • The volunteer-driven programme at shelter homes will be strengthened for higher effectiveness.
  • The school programme will focus on improving student learning outcomes
  • The communities programme will improve the community’s ownership on their children’s education

The Catalyse Programme at Aamna Foundation accelerates social impact projects that address critical community challenges.
